Initial Meeting / Consultation
Meet the team and chat over your ideas and any personal requirements. This is always a great opportunity to let us know exactly what you are looking for from your garden room.

Site Survey
Your account manager will arrange a site visit at a convenient time and date that suits you. This enables us to identify any potential complications that may affect the installation of your building. We also take this opportunity to photograph the site, take all the necessary measurements and talk over the construction process in more detail.

Design & Cost
Now we have all the information of your requirements and intended use, as well as the survey information, we are able to present you with detailed specifications and costs. To ensure there are no hidden costs we will provide you with a detailed cost breakdown and overview for your entire project.

Construction & Installation
Once you are happy with the design and cost of your garden room we will begin the production process. Our local tradesmen will begin to manufacture the main sections and parts of your garden room in our fully equipped workshops to set specification and controlled high standard.
Our groundworks people will complete your foundation approximately one week prior to your garden room arriving on site, this allows ample time for the concrete to set. The installation start up, through to completed hand-over of your garden room usually takes around 2 weeks. This can vary from project to project dependant on dimensions and additional works such as landscaping, decking etc.

We will complete a series of quality assurance checks once your project is completed. Then it's time for you to sit back and relax.
